By accessing or using Tirne ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

Tirne is a social networking application that allows users to share moments with their personal circle through photos, videos, and text. The App features a chronological, algorithm-free feed with no AI-generated content.

You may deactivate your account at any time (data preserved, account hidden) or permanently delete your account and all associated data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

"User Content" includes photos, videos, text, captions, comments, reactions, and any other material you create, upload, or share through the App.

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting content, you grant Tirne a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you and your circle. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

You represent that you have the rights to share all content you post, including any video or images. You are solely responsible for all content you create and share.

The Tirne name, logo, and App design are the property of Tirne. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or intellectual property without written permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access. We are not responsible for User Content, including any photos or videos shared by users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tirne and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tirne from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
