These Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and Tirne ("we," "us," or "our"). You acknowledge and agree that your use of tirne will be governed by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction to Our Services

Tirne is a social networking application that allows users to share moments with their personal circle via photo sharing (collectively "Services"). Our app features a chronological, algorithm-free feed with no AI-generated content.

2. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the personal and business information you provide to us when you register for our app. You understand that through your use of our app, you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information.

3. Eligibility & Access Restrictions

To be eligible to use our app, you must meet the following criteria and represent and warrant that you:

• (a) are 13 years of age or older;
• (b) are not currently restricted from accessing our app or otherwise prohibited from having an account;
• (c) will only maintain one registered account at any given time;
• (d) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement;

4. User Accounts

• You may delete your account permanently at any time
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Tirne a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within the app. You are solely responsible for content you post.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or threatening
• Harasses, bullies, or intimidates others
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam or unauthorized advertising
• Impersonates another person

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws
• Respect other users' privacy and rights
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Not use automated systems to interact with the app

7. Intellectual Property

The Tirne name, logo, and app design are owned by Tirne. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the app. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tirne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tirne from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
